Terms of service
Terms of Service
These Terms explain how teams may access and use Jade CMS, including accounts, workspaces, content, APIs, and acceptable use.
Last updated: June 24, 2026
Overview
These Terms of Service govern access to Jade CMS, a headless content management product provided by Kabeli Kuna Pvt. Ltd. They apply when you sign in, create or join a workspace, manage content, use Jade APIs, or otherwise use the product.
If your organization has a separate written agreement with Kabeli for Jade, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
Accounts
You must be able to form a binding agreement and, if using Jade for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
Jade supports Google sign-in and email-password sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials, sessions, workspace access, and API keys secure.
Content
Jade organizes content inside workspaces, projects, collections, documents, assets, and related records. Your organization keeps ownership of the content it adds to Jade.
You give Kabeli permission to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Jade. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and publishing decisions comply with applicable laws and rights.
Acceptable use
You may not use Jade to:
- violate laws, contracts, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights;
- upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt Jade systems;
- probe, scan, overload, scrape, or bypass rate limits and access controls;
- publish unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content;
- share accounts, tokens, or API keys in a way that weakens security.
APIs
Jade may expose APIs, previews, published content endpoints, storage integrations, Google authentication, email services, hosting providers, and other third-party services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms.
You are responsible for frontends, sites, applications, and automation that you connect to Jade, including how they cache, display, transform, or publish content from Jade APIs.
Plans
If Jade is provided through a paid plan, order form, pilot, statement of work, or other written arrangement, the pricing, billing, renewal, and tax terms in that arrangement apply.
Demo, beta, trial, and evaluation access may be limited, changed, or ended at any time unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Ownership
Kabeli and its licensors own Jade, including the product design, software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Jade to you.
If you send feedback or suggestions, Kabeli may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
Termination
Kabeli may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use Jade in a way that could harm the service or other customers.
You may stop using Jade at any time. Data export, deletion, and retention may depend on your plan, workspace settings, and any written agreement with Kabeli.
Disclaimers
Jade is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless a separate written agreement provides specific service commitments. Kabeli does not promise that Jade will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every use case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kabeli will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Contact
Kabeli may update these Terms as Jade changes. If changes are material, Kabeli will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, website, email, or another appropriate channel.
