This Privacy Policy describes how Kabeli Kuna Pvt. Ltd. collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Jade CMS or interact with Jade pages, demo forms, workspaces, APIs, and support channels.

Jade is a business product. If you use Jade through an organization, that organization may control the workspace and the content, users, access rules, and retention settings inside it.

Jade may collect the following information:

• account details such as name, email address, organization, role, and workspace membership;
• authentication information such as password hashes, Google sign-in identifiers, sessions, and security events;
• workspace data such as projects, collections, documents, assets, API settings, audit records, and published content metadata;
• usage and device data such as IP address, browser, operating system, pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, logs, and error reports;
• communications such as demo requests, support messages, feedback, and related contact details.

Kabeli uses information to:

• create accounts, authenticate users, maintain sessions, and protect workspaces;
• provide content structuring, editing, draft, publishing, asset, and API features;
• operate, monitor, debug, secure, and improve Jade;
• respond to demo requests, support questions, and administrative messages;
• enforce terms, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Jade uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for sign-in, session continuity, security, preferences, and product operation. For example, Jade may use authentication cookies to keep you signed in and protect requests to workspace pages and APIs.

Browser settings may let you block or delete cookies, but parts of Jade may stop working correctly if authentication or security storage is disabled.

Kabeli may share information with service providers that help operate Jade, including hosting, storage, authentication, email, analytics, monitoring, security, and customer support providers.

Kabeli may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

Content that your workspace publishes through Jade may be delivered to public websites, applications, feeds, or API consumers depending on your workspace settings and integrations.

Draft content, private workspace records, and unpublished assets should remain behind authenticated access, but workspace admins and connected integrations are responsible for how content is configured and exposed.

Kabeli keeps information for as long as needed to provide Jade, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, and protect the service.

Your organization may request export or deletion of workspace data subject to plan limits, technical constraints, legal requirements, and any written agreement with Kabeli.

Kabeli uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Jade and customer data. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You can help protect your workspace by using strong passwords, limiting user access, reviewing API keys, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized activity.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export certain personal information. Workspace users should first contact their organization admin when the request relates to workspace-controlled data.

Jade is not directed to children under 13. Kabeli does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through Jade.

Kabeli may process information in Nepal and in other countries where Kabeli or its service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws different from the laws where you live.

Kabeli may update this Privacy Policy as Jade, legal requirements, or operational practices change. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
